Manipulation is the basis of treatment provided by our office. We employ multiple techniques based on the needs of each patient and the condition with which they present.
Both Doctors are trained in several techniques including Diversified Gonstead, Palmer Specific and Thompson techniques. Dr. Tricia Eyerly holds a proficiency rating in the low force technique of Activator for treatment of musculoskeletal conditions related to the spine and its appendages.
Physiotherapy is employed based on the need for care, the condition and stability of the patient. Physiotherapy may include such modalities as cryotherapy, superficial heat, diathermy, ultrasound, interferential therapy, trigger point therapy, massage therapy, intersegmental traction, tens, topical analgesics, exercise therapy, patient management in therapeutic activities and activities of daily living and the providing of supports, orthotics and therapeutic aides for recovery of the patient based on need.
